KRZZ Collects Over $338,000 for Children’s Hospital in Oakland
Spanish Broadcasting's regional Mexican station KRZZ (93.3 FM) in San Francisco collected more than $338,000 for the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital of Oakland during a two-day radiothon. It was the 14th year KRZZ hosted a radiothon to raise funds for the hospital.

Alpha Media's Portland country station KUPL (98.7 FM, The Bull) collected more than $301,000 for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during a recent radiothon. The amount collected by KUPL on-air talent and staffers broke the station's record.

Max Media's Hampton Roads country station WGH (97.3 FM, The Eagle) collected more than $211,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during a two-day event. The event helped push WGH's 30-year donation total to over $6 million.
WLLD Toy Drive Collects Over $169,000
Beasley Media's Tampa contemporary hits station WLLD (94.1 FM, Wild 94.9) collected over $169,000 in gift card donations, 464 bikes and three pods filled with toys during a recent toy drive. The campaign ran from December 2 to December 10.

Alpha Media's two San Francisco-area country stations, KBAY (94.5 FM) and KKDV (92.1 FM), raised more than $104,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during a recent radiothon. It was the first radiothon for Bay Country, the brand given to both stations.

Charlotte-based news-talk station WBT (1110 AM, 99.3 FM) collected more than 800 bikes for local children during an annual event. The station and its staff partnered with a local television station to collect the bikes at the Kids First store.
KBOI Breaks Record for Toy Drive
Boise news-talk station KBOI (670 AM, 93.1 FM) broke a record during its annual toy drive with the U.S. Marine Corps. The charity event, Idaho's largest Toy Drive, saw more than 15,000 toys donated and an additional $45,000 in cash.
