On Friday, May 12, Audacy Minneapolis teamed up with Think Great Foundation to raise funds for academic scholarships for military spouses in honor of National Military Spouse Appreciation Day. 102.9 The Wolf (KMNB) and 830 WCCO helped in the initiative to collect $100,000 in scholarships via on-air promotions.
“We recognize the significant contributions, support, and sacrifices of the spouses of the Armed Forces, and we’re proud to leverage our reach and scale to help support Think Great Foundation’s selfless mission,” said Jeff Gonsales, senior vice president and market manager, Audacy Minneapolis.
