It's still 6 months away but a show that draws as big a crowd as CES does has to be close to impossible to plan with a raging International pandemic. And for that reason, CES organizers have made an early call to go virtual for their January 2021 show. More here from Gary Shapiro.

Volkswagen is the latest manufacturer to offer SiriusXM's newest audio entertainment platform. The service will be offered in most 2021 model year vehicles.

SiriusXM and BMW have announced that SiriusXM with 360L will be available to BMW customers for the first time in most of the 2021 BMW model year. The first models equipped with the platform are expected to be available later this summer.

The co-host of CBS This Morning, Gayle King, will host a weekly call-in show. Gayle King In the Housewill air every Thursday at 5:00 pm ET on SiriusXM Stars channel 109.

SiriusXM has launched of The Jim Gaffigan Channel. The one month run on, Channel 790, will also take over Channel 98 Laugh USA on satellite radios during the weekends throughout the one-month run.

The Satellite radio company announced that Jonelle Procope is joining its Board of Directors. Procope is the President and CEO of the Apollo Theater Foundation, a non-profit that operates the Apollo Theater in New York. She'll be paid a cash retainer of $100,000 and $175,000 in restricted stock.

Despite not having sports to talk about, FOX Sports Radio says it experienced record audience gains across its digital platforms last month. June was FSR’s second best month ever for podcast listens.
