Francesca Presti, co-host of the Laurie Young Morning Show on iHeartMedia Baltimore’s WPOC, has announced her departure from the station after six years. Presti cited personal reasons for her decision to step away. As she takes a break for the holidays, she says she looks forward to pursuing new opportunities.
Before iHeart Baltimore, Presti spent time as a Producer and On-Air at then-CBS Radio Boston for four years.
Presti added, “Thank you to everyone who welcomed me to Baltimore six long years ago. Every one of you have helped make it feel like home. Thank you for letting me into your lives, your cars, your good days and bad. Thank you to everyone at WPOC who let me live out my dream. It’s a privilege to get to do what I do, one that wouldn’t exist without all of you, and for that I’m forever grateful.”
