After more than three decades, Tom Clark is retiring from Zorba Paster On Your Health, a nationally syndicated radio show he co-founded that covers health and wellness topics. Originating from Wisconsin Public Radio, the show is heard in more than 20 states. WPR will air Clark’s final tribute segment on Saturday, September 9.

WPR Executive Producer Karl Christenson, who has frequently filled in for Clark, will step into the role of co-host alongside Zorba Paster.

Zorba Paster, the show’s other co-founder, reflected on the long-standing partnership. “Tom and I are like brothers. Every week for more than 30 years we chatted, laughed and had lots and lots of fun entertaining and educating people about health and wellness. It has been an absolute honor and pleasure to work with him – I shall sorely miss him and wish him the best of luck in his retirement,” said Paster.

Sarah Ashworth, Director at WPR, expressed confidence in Christenson’s capabilities as the new co-host. “Karl was the perfect person to take over from Tom as co-host. He has worked wonderfully with both Tom and Zorba as a producer and he’s built his own compelling connection with listeners as fill-in host this summer.”

Christenson, also a father of two, is looking forward to maintaining the show’s relevance and appeal. “The work that Tom and Zorba did together was incredible. I am grateful for all that I’ve learned from working with Tom. I look forward to keeping the show fun, fresh and meaningful to listeners,” he stated.
