Barrett News Media says The Joe Rogan Experience was the top news-talk digital show of 2022, based on votes cast by a panel of nearly four dozen industry executives and experts.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Barrett said The Joe Rogan Experience received 18 votes for first place, the most first place votes for a single program across any category this year.
“His program finished an astounding 221 points ahead of runner-up, The Daily,” the spokesperson said. “That represents the largest victory in any category in either the BNM Top 20 series or the [Barrett Sports Media] Top 20 series, which we’ve been running for seven years for sports media professionals.”
