Barrett Sports Media President Jason Barrett has announced two tri-state area college students will earn free tickets to the the 2020 BSM Summit, February 26 and 27, at the Ailey Citigroup Theater in New York City. One winner will be chosen by BSM, the second by Westwood One and Cumulus Media’s Senior Vice President of Sports Bruce Gilbert.
“Gaining knowledge and building relationships is essential for all broadcasters, but especially for young people who are just getting started,” said BSM President Jason Barrett. “Knowing how fortunate we are to have a lot of bright and accomplished people in the room for our summit, I wanted to use the opportunity to help young broadcasters by treating them to an in-depth education on the sports media business, and granting them an opportunity to establish connections for the future.”
To earn consideration for attending the conference, students are asked to submit a two-minute video by email to [email protected] explaining why they’d like to be in attendance for the two-day event. BSM will accept submissions throughout the entire month of November and announce the two winners on Monday December 4.
