Jowcol “Boogie D” Dolby is the new PD for Cumulus’ Urban AC station KMJK-FM/Magic 107.3 in Kansas City. Dolby has over 25 years of radio experience with various station groups across the country, most recently at Urban One in Detroit where he was Operations Manager and PD for WGPR, WPZR, and WDMK. Prior to that, he was Operations Manager and PD for WFUN and WHHL in St. Louis.
