Cindy Spicer, one of Radio Ink’s 2018 Top Country PDs, is now the Program Director at iHeartMedia’s US103.5 in Tampa Bay. Spicer moves downstate from iHeart’s WQIK-FM in Jacksonville were she was PD and host. Spicer has also worked at KUSS in San Diego.
Spicer reports to Tommy Chuck, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Tampa Bay.
