The Taylor Swift vs. David Mueller jury selection began Monday with 60 potential jurors being questions by attorneys for both sides. The judge also asked potential jurors to describe how much of a Taylor Swift fan they were, whether they liked Country Music, the local Denver Radio stations and if any of them saw the leaked picture of Swift and Mueller, who were both in the courtroom.Jury selection is expected to continue today and opening statements are also expected, once the jury is seated.
Mueller is sueing Swift for defamation, claiming her allegations that he groped her in the picture are false. Swift filed a countersuit, claiming she was assaulted by Mueller. The trial is being held in Denver and is expected to take 9 days.
