Paul “Coyote” Neumann is back after a three-year break to take over Afternoon Drive on Blue Sky Broadcasting’s KICR/Spokane, WA. Tuesday, June 7, marks his return to the mic.
Neumann said, “I’ve been waiting for a unique opportunity to return to the industry, and this is it. Local ownership, a great team and playlist…all the ingredients necessary to fall in love with my career again.”
After 20-plus years with KIXZ-FM/Spokane, Neumann parted with the station following a format flip in 2013. Shortly afterwards, he and his wife, Jenny, survived a horrific car wreck and took a year to recover. They then decided to travel and spend time with their children and grandchildren.
