Adams Radio Group — which has stations in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Suburban Chicago / Northwest Indiana, Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Salisbury – Ocean City, Maryland – has promoted Scott Smith to VP of Programming. Smith has been with Adams since it acquired stations in Northwest Indiana, and has served as Program Director for WLJE-FM (Indiana 105), WXRD-FM (X Rock 103.9), WZVN-FM (107.1 The Z), and WAKE-AM (1500 WAKE) since 2012. In 2013, Smith was named one of “Radio’s Rising Stars” by Radio Ink magazine.
