Steve Scaffidi will team with WTMJ News Executive Producer Erik Bilstad to form Scaffidi & Bilstad, which will air weekdays noon to 3 p.m. Scaffidi has resigned as mayor of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and his position at a P.R. firm to join the station. The show debuts Tuesday.
