Spanish-language media company MLC have moved their syndicated radio show El Show de Chiquibaby to the morning slot of the South Florida-based La Rumbera Network Miami.

Bloomberg 106.1FM/92.9HD2 has added Sound On with Joe Mathieu to lineup. Mathieu is a familiar voice in Boston, heard previously on WBZ-AM and WGBH-FM.

NRG Media Lincoln's KLIN-AM has parted ways with on-air personality Dan Parsons after ten months. The news came on Thursday, following what would be his last show. Parsons hosted afternoons on the Conservative talk station after Jack Riggins left in May.

WLS-AM690 has added a special one-hour version of The Kim Komando Show to its Friday evening lineup. Komando’s nationally syndicated three-hour weekend show is already heard on the Cumulus Media station every Saturday and Sunday.

Industry veteran Sherman Kizart has been chosen to serve on a two-year term of the Federal Communications Commission's Federal Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment. Kizart says this is an "awesome opportunity to serve our country and the industry that I love."

Ken Beno has announced his resignation as Chair of the Education Committee at the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, a position he has held for over two decades. Beno's tenure with the WBA spans more than 30 years.

COO Drew Horowitz confirmed to Radio Ink that the long-time programmer was out and said there was no statement about the change from the company. Horowitz did tell The Chicagoland Radio and Media Blog, this "was a senior management decision to initiate a corporate restructure that was the driver of the change."

iHeartMedia announced Wednesday that JoJo Turnbeaugh has been named Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for Denver. iHeart Denver includes radio stations spanning six markets, including NewsRadio KOA, 103.5 The Fox, Channel 93.3, and KBCO in Denver, as well as Springs Y96.9 and My 99.9 in Colorado Springs, and KISS 96.1 in Fort Collins.

Syndicated morning show Broadway and Friends has a new home base. Audacy Pittsburgh's Y108 (WSDY) is bringing the entire show to the market from St. Louis. As part of the change, Maria D’Antonio moves to middays and Cadillac Jack hosts PM drive.

The current host of hosts Apple’s Beats 1 and morning drive on New York City’s HOT 97 will be joined by fellow new addition Laura Stylez to host afternoons on WE 96.3 (KWEE). The pair will be on air 1-4 p.m., M-F, beginning October 24.
