Kevin Sucher has been named executive director of non-comm WYMS-FM 88Nine Radio in Milwaukee. Sucher has run his own Milwaukee-based management, production and consulting agency, Sucher Entertainment, since 2008.

On Tuesday meteorologist Mike Lynch celebrated 40 years with WCCO in Minnesota. On Thursday he announced his retirement. In a post on Facebook, the Minnesota native said, "It’s been an incredible run that I have been so blessed to have the privilege of doing."

iHeart Hip Hop/R&B station WGCI-FM in Chicago has named Zach Boog Night Host (6 p.m. to 12 a.m.). Boog has been working weekends and filling in on WGCI. He previously hosted nights at 101.1 The Beat in Nashville and is a stand-up comedian.

Cumulus hired John Shomby as Director of Programming for the NASH Network in early 2016. It was a newly created position where Shomby oversaw all NASH programming for the network and syndication operations.

Key Networks premiered The Jesse Kelly Show Monday. The three hour mid-morning show, originates from 950 KRPC in Houston. Because of the COVID-19 crisis, Key Networks is offering the program through April 30 for free. Stations can try out the program, contract and commitment free.
