Rutgers radio Voice Silenced
Rutgers Basketball radio analyst Joe Boylan died hours before the team played their second-round NCAA Tournament game. Boylan suffered a stroke last week and had a blood clot removed. His condition took a turn for the worse and he passed away on Sunday. Boylan was 82.

Landess Officially Takes Over in Charlotte
Marsha Landess will now officially oversee both the Charlotte and Richmond markets for Urban One. Before Urban One swapped stations in Philly with Entercom for stations in Charlotte, Landess was RVP/GM over Richmond with Charlotte GM Matt Hanlon reporting to her.
