'Elliot in the Morning' has been added to KRBZ-FM in Kansas City. Hosted by Elliot Segal the show is also heard on Audacy sister station WRXL-FM in Richmond.

Former Salt Lake City talker Tom Barberi has died. Barberi was known as “The Voice of Reason” on KALL in Utah from 1971 to 2004. He was 78 years old and had been suffering from Multiple Sclerosis for several years.

Frito & Katy have ended their run at Bryan Broadcasting's KNDE-FM in College Station, Texas. The duo told listeners earlier this month they're moving on together in a top 30 market, which they still have not disclosed. This past Friday was their final show. 

Over the weekend the world learned of the passing of Betty White at the age of 99. WGN Radio in Chicago had White on as a guest back in 2009. They replayed the interview with the legendary actress, which includes video from the WGN studio. Check it out HERE.

SuiteRadio’s The Bud & Broadway Show will end in February. Affiliates were sent a memo last week that Jerry Broadway notified SuiteRadio that February 28th would be the final day for the show. The show has been in syndication for 18 months.

30-year radio vet Ric Edleman has launched The Truth About Your Future with Ric Edleman, a nationally syndicated radio show airing in 26 radio markets nationwide and on all major podcast platforms.

"The Don Briscoe Show" on Hub City Radio in Aberdeen, SD has ended. The one-hour talk show that aired on Fridays ran for about 10 years.

WTOP reports that DCRTV.com founder Dave Hughes has passed away at the age of 63 from a heart attack. Hughes focused more on the newsy gossip side of the media in Washington and Baltimore. The WTOP story includes quotes from former WTOP VP Jim Farley. Check it out HERE.

The Audio Engineering Society, first ever, President's Award has been given to Bob Orban. The award recognizes contributions to the goals of AES that are made collaboratively in groups.

Salem Media Group's AM 560 The Answer in Chicago has signed news anchor Mike Scott to a full-time contract as it restructures the stations line-up. For the past 17 years Scott has worked with the station through an agreement with Total Traffic and Weather Network and NBC News Radio.
