Detroit Host Frank Beckmann Dies
Longtime WJR-AM Detroit host Frank Beckmann died Saturday night, according to The Detroit News. The 72-year old had vascular dementia and, last week, doctors had given him only days to live. Beckmann worked at WJR for 48 years until his retirement last March.
