Detroit’s Specs Howard Dies at 96

The Detroit News was first to report that former DJ and broadcasting school owner Specs Howard passed away Saturday. He started in radio in 1954 at KYW which later became WKYC-AM in Cleveland. In 1970 he started what would become The Specs Howard School of Media Arts in Southfield.

Badgers Tackle Joins ESPN Madison

ESPN Madison and Wisconsin Badgers’ Nose Tackle, Keeanu Benton, have agreed to a "Name, Image and Likeness" partnership. Benton will join the ESPN Madison team this fall, making weekly appearances during 'Rutledge and Hamilton', afternoons on the Good Karma Brands station.
