Entercom has promoted Danny Freisinger to Brand Manager of ESPN 1320 (KIFM-AM) in Sacramento. Freisinger has spent his entire 13-year sports media career in Northern California. He'll continue in his role as Assistant Brand Manager for KGMZ-FM in San Francisco.
Holly Sheds Interim Title In Buffalo
Entercom has made Timothy Holly the permanent Market Manager for its Buffalo market. Holly had been interim manager since Greg Reid was let go in January. Entercom has a cluster of seven stations in the western, New York market

Pacific Media’s Gillingham Retiring
After 48 years in broadcasting, Pacific Media Group Regional VP and General Manager Terry Gillingham is retiring at the end of February. Gillingham started in radio management in 1981 when he landed his first GM position at Buckley Broadcasting's KWAV-FM.

Scripps. Over And Out
On Wednesday, Scripps announced its final batch of radio stations have officially been sold. The $8 million sale of eight stations in Boise and Tucson to Lotus has closed. Scripps has now unloaded all 34 of its radio stations for a total of $83.5 million. Net proceeds were about $55 million after tax.
