By now everyone has heard the news that Twitter has banned political advertising. Of course, Twitter is not regulated by the FCC. You are. And as Broadcast Attorney David Oxenford points out in his latest blog, you are not allowed to censor ads in any way from legally qualified candidates. READ IT.
