The annual Golden Mike Awards gala was held Wednesday night at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Over $400,000 was raised for the Broadcasters Foundation at the event which was hosted by Deborah Norville. Beasley Media Group founder George Beasley was honored with the Foundation’s Lifetime Achievement Award. CEO Caroline Beasley accepted on his behalf.
