WQYK/Tampa Bay has recruited on-air personality J.R. to work as co-host on the Morning Krewe with J.R. and Melanie. He currently serves as the host of United Station’s syndicated Twenty Country Countdown.

David Santrella, President of Broadcast Media, Salem Media Group, will receive the Eye to Zion Award from the Genesis 123 Foundation. The presentation will take place at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Nashville February 25.

Iliad Media Group (Impact Radio) has announced the hiring of Rick Dunn for afternoons at Country station KQBL-FM (101.9 The Bull). Dunn has worked in Salt Lake City, Boise, and most recently Fargo. He'll be on-air starting Monday, March 9.
