Educational Media Foundation has announced it is moving its national headquarters from Rocklin, California (pictured here), to Nashville. The move is expected to be done in phases and take three years, with employees being relocated and a new campus constructed.

News/Talk 760 WJR Detroit Mid-Morning Host Frank Beckmann announced his retirement this week after 48 years with the station. Beckmann has hosted the 9AM to Noon slot on WJR for the last 18 years. Beckman's contract expires at the end of March. He said the station wanted him to stay. His last show will be tomorrow.

As the entire radio industry battles Global Music Rights over fees to play music from the PRO's library, Entercom has cut a side deal with the company. Entercom and GMR have agreed to a long-term contract which allows Entercom to air GMR’s music catalog on all platforms.
