Home Depot Beats Out Lowe’s For The Week In Radio

With the effects of the eclipse over, the radio landscape returned to normal, as seen in the latest data from Media Monitors for the week of April 8-14. Leading the pack is Progressive, holding its position as the top advertiser with another massive run of 63,896 spots aired.

At distant second is Upside, which maintained its second-place standing with 44,293 plays, showcasing a consistent marketing push across radio. ZipRecruiter also stayed in place at third place, airing 41,840 ads. Language learning app Babbel climbed to fourth with 37,242 spots, highlighting the brand’s significant investment in radio to captivate potential language enthusiasts.

Rounding out the top five, The Home Depot made a notable jump from fifteenth to fifth place, broadcasting 36,275 spots. This marks the first time in a while where Home Depot surpassed its home improvement rival Lowe’s, which finished seventh.
