Automated ad-supported streaming provider MuxIP has announced the introduction of its Pod FAST TV product. This new product is designed to facilitate the global streaming distribution of vodcast and podcast content on major FAST channel platforms such as LG Channels, Pluto TV, Roku, Samsung TV Plus, and Tubi.

MuxIP’s Pod FAST TV aims to help podcasters and vodcasters extend their reach and advertiser support beyond audio-only formats, offering live capabilities for enhanced engagement. According to research, the podcast industry is expected to grow to $4 billion by 2024, and global FAST revenues are projected to reach $12 billion by 2027.

PodcastOne TV, powered by FASTHub for Pod FAST TV, is the first live FAST channel for podcasters. It enables live interactive engagement targeting major streaming platforms and Smart TV OEMs. PodcastOne’s line-up includes popular podcasts such as The Adam Carolla Podcast, Nappy Boy Radio with T-Pain, and Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

The announcement was made at the Podcast Movement conference in Denver, where MuxIP also unveiled the partnership with AVC Group, who has already developed in-studio video streaming capabilities for radio clients. Together, they will deliver FASTHub for Pod FAST TV to content creators across various regions, including Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, North Africa, India, and the Pacific Islands.

MuxIP’s founder and CEO Tom Link commented, “The value of podcasting and vodcasting is incremental, as niche programming on all devices grows, and FAST is on a similar growth trajectory. We see FASTHub for Pod FAST TV as an essential element in digital distribution for today’s talent market.”
