Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley was honored at the Media Institute’s 40th Annual “Free Speech Gala” on Monday, October 7. The event took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC.
Beasley received the American Horizon Award for her visionary industry leadership, helping grow a family-owned radio business from a single AM station into a 65-station multi-media corporation. The award was presented by Senator Gordon Smith, President and CEO of the National Association of Broadcasters.
