The Fan In San Diego Gets New PD

The changes continue at Entercom’s KWFN-FM in San Diego, the home of the San Diego Padres. Adam Klug will take over as Program Director on June 11. It was back in April when Entercom moved completely toward sports and away from a combination of talk, sports, and rock, called “The Machine.” You may also recall it as the station of the infamous Kevin Klein bridge tweet.

Klug comes to San Diego from CBS Sports Radio in New York where he was a producer for national radio and TV hosts Bill Reiter and Doug Gottlieb. Prior to that, he spent two years with ESPN Radio. Klug said, “I am eager to take the next step in my radio career and help build The Fan into the best sports radio station in San Diego. I’m also looking forward to getting to know the city.”
