SummitMedia Birmingham station Easy 102.1-FM is that city’s first all-Christmas music station. It flipped on Friday. PD John Olsen said, “This has been such an emotionally difficult year and Christmas music brings so much joy, we wanted to offer listeners the opportunity to get into the holiday spirit early this year.” Easy 102.1 will play Christmas favorites through Christmas Day.
Finnaly ? its november this is when i love to get a head start on Christmas this year bc its ny favorite season and holiday of the year its november 2nd and i cant wait to listen to some christmas music so i hope when i put this station on my wish will come true.?????
Yes!¡! One of the best parts about the Internet is being able to listen to Xmas music all year long. 🙂 And Halloween music too. After all, Oct(al) 31 == Dec(imal) 25. 😉
If there was a radio station that played Xmas music 24/7/365 I’d most likely have my radio tuned to it instead of the hip-hop station I keep it tuned to now and I definitely can’t wait for the first radio station here to start playing. Hopefully that will be tomorrow (Nov 1), as it has been for the past couple of years! I miss winter so much, it’s nice to at least have some wintery music to listen to. 🙂 “Walking in a winter wonderland…”
