Audible has hooked up with Kevin Hart and Charlamagne Tha God for a package of original podcasts. The media superstar pair have put together SBH Productions for the programs and projects.

Carl Jackson, heard on WORL-AM in Orlando and recent fill-in host for Larry Elder has a new podcast. "The Carl Jackson Podcast" will be heard each weekday on the Salem Podcast Network.

Veteran radio broadcasters Jim Harrington and Bill Knight have partnered to launch a new podcast called It’s Another Day. The podcast, which runs about 30 minutes, releases Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Jim and Bill discuss the news of the day.

ABC Audio has launched its new GMA channel on Apple Podcasts and announced three new podcasts: a Good Morning America podcast; the second season of Life Out Loud with LZ Granderson and new entertainment podcast Close Up.

Podcast analytics and advertising platform company Backtracks is using the technology called VAST, which stands for video ad serving template. The technology will allow podcasters to insert ads into pre-recorded and live audio. Details HERE.
