Mike Juliano has joined Townsquare Media as Market President and Chief Revenue Officer of its Rockford, IL, team. He will report to Senior Vice President, Local Media, Rob Williams. 

In six weeks, Barrett Sports Media will bring the 2019 BSM Summit to The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. Sports Talk radio icon Jim Rome will appear at this year's summit. Rome will join BSM President Jason Barrett on stage for an in-depth conversation on the state of sports radio.

The hosts of The Sports Junkies have signed a long-term contract extension with Entercom. John Auville, Eric Bickel, Jason Bishop, and John-Paul Flaim will remain on 106.7 The Fan (WJFK-FM) in Washington D.C., weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ET.

Julia Lepidi is the new evening drive host for B96 (WBBM-FM) in Chicago, on-air weekdays from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. CT, beginning January 28. Most recently, Lepidi served as on-air host and Promotions Coordinator for sister station 987 The Breeze in Detroit.

Mary Rogers has been appointed Vice President and Director of Sales for Entercom Dallas. For the past six years, Rogers worked for Cox Media Group in San Antonio where she was also D.O.S.

710 WOR/New York will debut WOR Tonight with Joe Concha & Lis Wiehl, on February 4. The program will broadcast weekdays, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

FOX Sports Radio's Outkick The Coverage with Clay Travis has reached a broadcast milestone of 300 affiliates.

WCBS 880 in New York, the new flagship station for the New York Mets, have announced that veteran broadcaster Howie Rose will continue as the lead voice in the Mets radio booth.

The 46-year radio voice of the Cincinnati Reds, Marty Brennaman, is gearing up to broadcast his last season. The 76-year old started with the team in 1974 covering World Series Championships in 1975, 1976 and 1990.

Hughes, the founder and Chairperson of Urban One, will be inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters Broadcasting Hall of Fame at the 2019 NAB Show. The induction will be held April 8 at the Encore in Las Vegas. In 2016 Radio Ink honored Hughes with its Lifetime Leadership award.
