Beasley Host Passes at Age 62
Jeff Anderson hosted nights on KKLZ-FM in Las Vegas. He died Friday, October 9. The company says it was due to health-related complications. Anderson worked in the Las Vegas market for 25 years and was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters’ Hall of Fame in 2008.
McCoy Moves to North Carolina
Beasley Media Group announces Tradia McCoy has been named as the new Midday Personality at Foxy 99/WZFX-FM in Fayetteville. McCoy most recently hosted middays at WCDX-FM in Richmond.
Rich Herrera Returns To Tucson
Rich Herrera has been named PD and Afternoon Drive Host, for Wildcats Radio 1290/KCUB-AM, the flagship station of the University of Arizona. Herrera, was the station’s original PD and Afternoon Drive Host in 2001.

An All-Star Classical Music Lineup
Terrance McKnight, a host on WQXR, New York City’s classical music station, is taking a leave of abscene to write a book about race and classical music. From October 15 – November 12, McKnight has invited five of his friends and fellow New Yorkers to take the host’s chair and curate their own classical music playlists.
