Country programmer and on-air personality Anthony “AntMan” Allen has been named Executive Producer of After MidNite with Granger Smith. Smith took over hosting the Premiere Networks program January 1st.

The former KNDE-FM College Station morning team were picked up by Cox Media Group in San Antonio where they will host mornings on KCYY-FM (Y100). They spent over a decade at Bryan Broadcasting's KNDE-FM before being recruited to the larger market.

Benztown has hired MJ Bloch as East Coast Director of Commercial Production. Bloch joins Benztown from iHeartMedia, where she was Creative Services Director for iHeartMedia radio stations in New Orleans and Baton Rouge for nine years.

Johnny “DJ Koolout” Starks is headed for afternoon drive at Power 93.5 (KDGS-FM) January 10. Starks last stop on his radio resume was WSRB-FM just outside of Chicago in Lansing, IL.

KOZN 1620 The Zone is putting the morning team back together. Gary Sharp and Damon Benning hosted the show for seven years before Sharp moved to middays two years ago.

KPLZ Names New Assistant PD
Lotus Seattle Adult Hits Station, KPLZ/STAR 101.5 has named Curt Kruse, Assistant Program Director. Kruse has been with KPLZ since 2002 where he hosted afternoons through 2018 and then moved to mornings in 2019 through 2021.
Dieken Retiring From Browns Radio Booth
Doug Dieken, who played for the Cleveland Browns for 14 years, before calling their games on the radio for 22 years is retiring after the Browns final game this season. The Browns will honor the 72-year old during Sunday's regular season finale against the Bengals.
Delilah Dallas Debut
The New STAR 102.1 is adding nationally syndicated personality Delilah. The evening show will join the line-up on iHeart's KDGE-FM January 10.
New NEPM President
New England Public Media has hired Matt Abramovitz as the new president of NEPM. Abramovitz is the current VP of Programming at WQXR, part of New York Public Radio.
