The Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio group has announced that Haley Jones of MRC Data, Melissa Mitchell of Bonneville and Brittney Jackson from Urban One have been added to its Board of Directors.

Legendary KABC Radio and Los Angeles Talk Radio Personality Michael Jackson died Saturday peacefully at his home in Los Angeles. Jackson’s radio career spanned five decades. He worked at KABC for 32 years (1966-1998).

New York Public Radio's Jerome L. Greene Performance Space now has an Executive Director. Kristina Newman-Scott has been appointed to the newly created position.

Eliott & Nina is a new 7PM to Midnight syndicated Contemporary Hit Radio show that will broadcast live from Westwood One’s Atlanta studios beginning Monday.

'Your Money Matters' is being added to WGN Radio in February. Illinois native Jon Hansen will host the show. The program will feature Hansen talking with personalities and experts in the world of finance.

Doug Hamand, Vice President, Programming Operations, has signed a new long-term agreement with Cumulus Media. Hamand joined Cumulus in 2016 after leaving iHeartMedia/Clear Channel.

Audacy has named John Foxx PD for country station KILT-FM in Houston. Fox will continue to serve as Regional VP of Country Music Programming. Foxx replaces Tim Roberts who was filling in after the departure of Chris Huff. Roberts is Audacy's Country format captain and PD in Detroit.

Radio Milwaukee Station Director Jordan Lee is leaving the station to join Paragon Media Strategies as a consultant. Lee was with Radio Milwaukee for 13 years, most recently as PD and on-air talent.

David Ayres is the new President of Flagler Broadcasting. Ayres is moving up from Vice President/General Manager. Majority shareholder Jim Martin has stepped down as President to become Chairman of the Board.

The Center for Sales Strategy has named Shaye Smith Director of Marketing. She moves up from Marketing Manager of the international sales performance firm.
