iHeartMedia’s Newsradio WTAM 1100 has hired David Blomquist to host its 3P to 7P shift. Blomquist, known on the air as Bloomdaddy, has been the morning show host at WWVA-AM in Wheeling, West Virginia for the past 17 years.
Nilan Says He Was Fired Over Vaccine
Chris Nilan says he was fired from a Montreal sports radio station because he wouldn't get the COVID-19 vaccine. In a letter posted to social media, Nilan said Bell Media's TSN 690 refused a medical exemption he submitted and terminated his contract.
Hardge Joins KTXX-The Horn in Austin
