Marketron has promoted Bo Bandy to Senior Vice President of Marketing. She joined the company in 2019 and was part of the successful launch of Marketron NXT and Marketron REV products.

Cumulus Media has promoted Dave Daniels to Operations Manager, Cumulus Oxnard-Ventura, California. Since 2016 he has been Morning Host for KHAY-FM, where he will continue in that role.

Former WCBS-FM PD Joe McCoy alerted the radio world this weekend that Don K. Reed had passed away. McCoy had known Reed since 1975 when they were both DJ's at WCBS-FM. Reed may have been most well known for his Sunday Night Doo Wop Shop. Art Vuolo put together a tribute video to Reed which you can watch HERE.

Former Emmis Communications Austin morning show and PD, Pedro Escalera has been hired by American General Media in Albuquerque to host the 7P to midnight shift at FUEGO 102.9.

Savannah will join WKSS-FM Hartford as part of the "Courtney and KISS Morning Show". Savannah is no stranger to iHeartMedia Connecticut holding several positions, before starting her own social media management company.

Sports station WZGC-FM (The Game) in Atlanta is partnering Steak Shapiro and Sandra Golden for a new 9A to 11A show called "The Front Row," which will debut on August 4th.

The Nebraska Broadcasters Association will welcome Rick Alloway and Neil Nelkin into the NBA Hall of Fame. The induction is set for August 9th in Lincoln, during the 87th Annual NBA Convention.
