Carrie Neville has joined the leadership team at next-generation audio ad management company Frequency as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In her newly created role, she will be responsible for new and post-sales support for Frequency clients.

Jeffrey Wolinsky, the Director of Federal Sales at Hubbard Broadcasting Washington D.C., has been promoted to Publisher at Federal News Network. The platform focuses on issues affecting the federal government and its contracting community.

Fairfield Broadcasting Company co-founder Steve Trivers passed away peacefully on Monday at the age of 85. Trivers was a Harvard graduate who spent more than sixty years in radio. He got his start in the industry in Atlanta with Bill Drake.

Cumulus Cincinnati's Heritage AC Warm 98.5 (WRRM) wants Wolff. Josh Wolff will move to the Queen City to be Warm's Program Director starting April 24. He comes to Cumulus from a long career with iHeart in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Maryland.

Geoff Moyer has been appointed as the Co-Director of Sales at Alpha Media Portland, where he will work with Cressy Walton. Moyer has been with Alpha Media since 2016, and his new role is effective immediately. The cluster contains seven stations.

Sherman Howze, known on-air as DJ Drocc, has been promoted to Urban Brand Manager/Program Director at Foxy 99 (WZFX) and 107.7 The Bounce (WUKS) in Fayetteville, NC by Beasley Media Group. He has spent the last twenty years with the cluster.

David Kelly is joining Cumulus Media in Tucson as Program Director of Wildcats Radio 1290 (KCUB-AM). Kelly, who has more than 20 years of experience in sports radio, will also host afternoons starting on June 12.

iHeartMedia has appointed Jon Kurland as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Chief Entertainment Counsel. Kurland will lead iHeartMedia's Business Affairs team and manage strategic deals and partnerships with the company's podcast and new media partners.

Neuhoff Media has promoted Michele Mitchell to Vice President of Content and Digital Strategy. Mitchell, who has been head of Digital Operations & Strategy since 2012, will continue to work with Neuhoff's Content and Digital Teams along with local leaders.
