Audacy Richmond has extended the contract of Jeff Katz, the afternoon host of Newsradio WRVA. Katz has been with WRVA for 10 years and has consistently been recognized for his excellence, winning Best Afternoon Radio Show Host by The Richmond Times-Dispatch readers. He has also been named one of the best local talk hosts in the nation by numerous industry publications.
“During the past decade, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the people of Central Virginia,” said Katz. “This community has been so welcoming to my family and I cherish having the chance to help out a bit by serving as an advocate for special needs kids, saluting our law enforcement officers and sharing vital news and information.”
