As of Tuesday – 26 Radio Stations Still Down
That's according to the FCC's latest report on Hurricane Irma which pounded The Florida Keys and the entire west coast of the state. Hundreds of thousands are still without power and the cleanup will take months. 25 of those stations are in the state of Florida and one is in the U.S. Virgin Islands. For the most part in Southwest Florida, radio stations were simulcasting TV coverage of the storm.
Report: Ingraham To Get 10 p.m. Slot On Fox
CNN Money is reporting that conservative radio talker Laura Ingraham will get a one-hour show at that time and Sean Hannity will move back to 9 p.m. The website reports that a few details need to be worked out but Ingraham has been telling friends that the deal is essentially done. The launch date for Ingraham's new show is unknown.
