Live365 and a company called Empire Streaming announced late Monday that they are both now a part of a newly formed holding company called Media Creek, Inc. As part of the acquisitions, Media Creek has hired Rockie Thomas and Sean Lozensky, both formerly with AdsWizz. Thomas becomes the company's Chief Revenue Officer and Lozensky is named Chief Technology Officer.

DeBella Being Sued By Former Sidekick

John DeBella has been on radio in Philadelphia for over 35 years. This past Friday, his former co-host Jennifer Neill, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him. She claims the harassment began when she was a traffic reporter in 2002 and continued when she became his sidekick in 2010. Thirty examples are given in the lawsuit.
