Report: WFAN Wanted Scott to Team With Carton
The New York Post is reporting that WFAN executives asked for, and received, permission to speak with ESPN Radio's Bart Scott in an attempt to bring him back to the station to work with Craig Carton. Carton is expected to sign with the station to work afternoon drive.

Former radio station owner, and outgoing Oregon Congressman, Greg Walden has an op-ed piece in The Hill that highlights the importance of diversity ownership in the broadcast industry. He says you accomplish that with proactive policy.
SiriusXM Q3 Revenue Up 1%
The Satellite entertainment company added 169,000 self-pay subscribers in the quarter and generated just over $2 billion in revenue. Net income increased 11% to $272 million in Q3, up from $246 million last year.

Meyer: Stern Deal Close
As is always the case with Howard Stern, a new deal is coming right down to the wire. With his latest 5-year contract set to expire at the end of 2020, SiriousXM CEO Jim Meyer says conversations on a new deal are productive regarding a "long-term renewal."
