Entercom and Rush Street Interactive have joined in a multi-year partnership involving a number of sports betting audio initiatives. Rush Street Interactive is the operator of the BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse mobile platforms.
WGTS Expands Coverage With Station Purchase
WGTS 91.9, Washington, DC has purchased a new signal to expand it’s footprint into the Delmarva Peninsula of Maryland and Delaware. The agreement is with American University to purchase NPR affiliate 88.3 WRAU. The price: $650,000.

EMF Moving National HQ To Music City

WJR’s Frank Beckman Retires
News/Talk 760 WJR Detroit Mid-Morning Host Frank Beckmann announced his retirement this week after 48 years with the station. Beckmann has hosted the 9AM to Noon slot on WJR for the last 18 years. Beckman's contract expires at the end of March. He said the station wanted him to stay. His last show will be tomorrow.
Entercom and GMR Sign Agreement
As the entire radio industry battles Global Music Rights over fees to play music from the PRO's library, Entercom has cut a side deal with the company. Entercom and GMR have agreed to a long-term contract which allows Entercom to air GMR’s music catalog on all platforms.
