Because CEO Les Moonves hardly pays attention to radio in his quarterly report, it's impossible to ever know what the CBS Radio revenue is. It's reported as part of "local broadcast," which includes TV. Variety columnist Jan Dawson thinks he figured out the radio numbers.

That's exactly what former Clear Channel employee Andy Kovacs is attempting to do in Tampa. Kovacs tells The Tampa Bay Times that he wants to take radio back to its roots. Kovacs is running Low Power Radio Station WYPW-FM 99.9, or Power 100, which covers only 14 miles.

John Mercure is the host of WTMJ's "Wisconsin's Afternoon News." Mercure was a big part of the station's recent Stars and Stripes Honor Flight which flew 140 Wisconsin veterans to DC to honor their service to America. To show their support for the military men and women that served this country, WTMJ listeners donated $250,000 to make two flights possible. We asked Mercure to tell us why he spearheads this event.
