Long-time San Diego radio host Dave Mason is producing a program that is sent to Ukraine via shortwave radio. The program includes listeners messages for Ukrainians. Mason is producing the program from a studio that he has set-up in his closet.
Mets Hire Third Radio Voice
According to The New York Post the Mets and WCBS have hired Jake Eisenberg to be the third radio play-by-play voice for mostly West Coast away games. According to the paper, Eisenberg will fill in for Howie Rose, who will miss up to 30 games.
Salem San Francisco Manager Retiring
Salem Media's San Francisco GM Mike Shields has announced he'll retire in June. Shields has been leading that cluster for Salem for the past 11 years. The company has already announced who will replace Shields.
Jackson To Fill Elder Slot For Now
Salem announced on Monday that Larry Elder has decided to move on from the Salem Radio Network, after a six year run on the SRN lineup where he hosted the 6-9pm ET slot. Orlando host Carl Jackson (pictured) will take over until a permanent replacement is named.

Indeed continues its grip on the top spot of the Media Monitors list. The jobs clearinghouse has owned the slot for months, airing more than 65,000 spots last week.
