Naples FM Sells For $8 Million
Fort Myers Broadcasting is purchasing WAVV-FM, licensed to Naples Park, FL. from Alpine Broadcasting for $8 Million. Fort Myers Broadcasting also owns WINK-FM (AC), WTLQ-FM (Spanish Rythmic), W239CL (Spanish Tropical) and WINK-TV. The WAVE 101.1 format is Soft AC.

KTAR News 92.3 FM in Phoenix is celebrating its 100th birthday. The Bonneville owned station started broadcasting back in 1922. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey proclaimed June 21, 2022 KTAR Day.
