Lotus now officially owns News Radio KOMO-AM & FM, KPLZ-FM, and Talk Radio KVI 570-AM. The $18 million purchase of the stations from Sinclair was announced back in June. Richard Foreman Associates was the exclusive broker representing Sinclair.
