He even imitated him when he had his own radio shift. Then he was hired by WABC to do afternoon drive and got crushed in the ratings, because the real Dan Ingram was already on the air.

The Beasley Media Group was all over Podcast Movement in Philadelphia this week. Not only did CEO Caroline Beasley introduce the keynote speaker, NPR CEO Jarl Mohn, during the "Jacobs Media Broadcasters meet Podcasters" session Wednesday morning, Beasley Media was one of the main sponsors.

Roy Brown is part of Beasley’s morning team of Manny, Roy and Lauren at KISS-FM in Charlotte. When the home office created a company-wide contest to find the best new podcast, Roy’s team went to work, and they won the contest.

According to a story on azcentral.com, Jim Paluzzi, the VP of Phoenix station KJZZ -- an NPR-member station -- is retiring after an investigation found that he had sexually harassed three male employees, and behaved offensively towards another. Paluzzi, 62, has been on paid leave since May. He is disputing some of the findings and said others were taken out of context.
