A quick search on Google for your industry in your city will return some of your competitors. Here are a few ways I've successfully stood out, got remembered, and set an appointment.

The 41ST Annual 98.3 WSUL Heart-A-Thon has raised a record $121,685. The event was held on Friday, February 22 to raise funds to benefit the Catskill Regional Medical Center Cardio-Pulmonary unit in Sullivan County, NY.

The Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Group has released its annual gender analysis study. Specifically, the study tracks the progress of female professionals holding General Manager, Sales Manager, and Program Director positions.

The City of Atlanta has dropped traffic charges against Radio One Atlanta host Qri Montague. Montague says she was tased during an October 2018 traffic stop. Earlier this month she announced she was filing a lawsuit against the city.

Steve Dahl tells Radio Ink he'll continue to do his subscription-based daily podcast (www.dahl.com) after Cumulus ended its partnership with the long-time Chicago host.
