“Broadcasters Meet Podcasters” Track Released
For the third consecutive year, Jacobs Media is partnering with Podcast Movement to host sessions designed to encourage broadcasters to get more involved in podcasting. Local Radio Freedom Act Picks Up More Support
Six Members of the House of Representatives and one Senator have added their cosponsorship to a resolution opposing "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations.

This Podcast Cost $100,000 Per Episode
You may have heard that on Friday the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the conviction of Curtis Flowers. The case of Flowers - who's been convicted of the same crime six times - was covered extensively on season two of the podcast In the Dark.
WEEU License Was Sold For $88,500
That's according to The Reading Eagle. The station was purchased out of bankruptcy just before it was about to go dark. WEEU in Reading has been on the air for over 90 years. Twilight Broadcasting purchased the station for $22,125 down with $66,375 to be paid at closing.
