Report: Stern Close to New Deal
The biggest star radio let walk away is close to signing a new deal with SiriusXM worth $120 million per year, according to Bloomberg. The 66-year old has signed new five-year deals since leaving radio in 2005. Bloomberg says Stern's 2015 contract was worth $80-$100 million
The FCC Prepares to Vote on All Digital AM.
(By Ben Downs) The FCC is expected to give AM Revitalization another tool for the competitive toolkit. The October 27th Open Meeting includes a vote on a Report and Order in response to a proposal Bryan Broadcasting filed last year.

Fighting Hunger In Seattle
102.5 KZOK 23rd annual 'Rock The Harvest' radiothon raised over $116,000 to benefit Northwest Harvest, Washington State's leading hunger relief agency. The funds to support the statewide network of 375 food banks, were raised during a 12 hour broadcast.

The Women to Watch Media program has been expanded to two hours on 1210 WPHT in Philadelphia. The expansion has opened up national syndication availabilities.
Entercom Rebrands In Milwaukee
Entercom has launched HOT 105.7 (WXSS-HD2), as a hip hop and R&B station. The change takes The Fan off of FM, rebranding it as 1250AM The Fan (WSSP-AM).
